NDS is also committed to right of education of each citizen as well as equal access to quality education. It is committed to support efforts for
achieving goal of education for all and MDGs till 2015. It is working for protecting education right and provision of educational services by
undertaking community school establishment, teacherís training, community mobilization, awareness and advocacy initiatives under this
program.
      Program Goal
To promote and protect right to quality education for all in the remote areas and girls by increasing and providing access to education facilities.
      Program Objectives
a) To aware, motivate and mobilize parents and communities about education and sending their children in schools especially girls.
b) To increase access of  rural communities to quality education through establishing as well supporting formal, non-formal and adult literacy
systems.
c) To initiate and support civil society as well government efforts towards achieving universal primary education goal through providing
primary education facilities for out of school children especially girls and youth.
d) To devise mechanisms for innovative learning and improvement of pedagogical practices through curriculum enrichment and teacherís
development.
e) To strengthen role of communities and establish school management committees and extend capacity building opportunities to ensure
participatory management and monitoring of schools involving the communities.

      Program Initiatives
NDS has three education models in the education program formal, non formal and adult literacy.
1. Education Development Project with ActionAid- Pakistan since 2006
2. Adult Literacy Centers for Women with ActionAid- Pakistan since 2006
3. Rural Based Community Schools (RBCS) Project with Sindh Education Foundation (SEF) since 2009.
4. Temporary Learning Centers (TLCs) with UNICEF during Flood Emergency 2010 and 2011
